• Humane Society of Rowan County kicks off annual summer dog wash fundraisers today at Tractor Supply, 405 S. Jake Alexander Blvd.  Volunteers will wash dogs of all sizes from 10 a.m.-2 p.m. Dogs must be on leashes and current on rabies vaccination. Prices are $8, $10, $12 and $14 depending on size and amount of hair.
