Lights of Love honor loved ones, including pets

Deadline is May 11 to purchase luminary candle
The Humane Society of Rowan County is hosting its annual Lights of Love event on Friday, May 15.
Luminaries will be placed around the City Park Lake and the candles will glow from dusk until 9:30 p.m. in memory and in honor of loved ones, both two- and four-legged.
The deadline to purchase a luminary is Monday, May 11.

The cost is $3 for each candle.
