It’s likely the rain Saturday night will wash it away. There’s a low of 35, with a 70 percent chance of precipitation, and an 80 percent chance of rain Sunday.

Sunday’s high will be near 53, and a quarter to a half-inch of rain is expected. Sunday night’s low will be 33, but the rain will be over.

Then we have a tiny chance of snow for Monday morning, but the high of 42 will likely get rid of that, too. Monday night will be a cold 22.

It’s not going to be a warm week, but temperatures will be higher than the week we just struggled through. Wednesday should be mostly sunny and 43, Wednesday night, we’ll have a low of 21.

Today should be sunny, with a high near 26 and wind chill values as low as 2 below 0 when the wind picks up this afternoon. Tonight brings clouds and a low of 20.

A winter weather advisory is in effect from midnight tonight to 6 p.m. Saturday, due to cold wind chill values and a chance of more mixed precipitation.

Snow and sleet return to the forecast Saturday, mainly before 3 p.m., then there’s a chance of sleet between 3 and 4 p.m., then it may change over to rain. The high will be 37 an the winds will be from the south at only 5-7 mph. The chance of precipitation is 50 percent, with less than a half inch of sleet and snow accumulation.

Rain is likely after midnight, but the temperature won’t change much, with a low of 36 degrees. The 70 percent chance of rain could lead to about a quarter of an inch accumulation.

Rain is likely, 70 percent, again on Sunday, mainly before 3 p.m. The high will be a balmy 53 degrees. There’s a 20 percent chance of rain Sunday night, with a low of 32 degrees.
