Free workshop for farm families addresses challenges, offers tips

KANNAPOLIS — It can be tough for farming families.

During the workshop, “Family Farming: Strategies for Overcoming the Challenges of Family Farming Relations,” Dr. Mike Rosmann, an agricultural psychologist and Iowa farmer, will offer farm families simple tips for coping with everyday stressors associated with farm life and strategies for overcoming challenges of family farm relations. The seminar is free and open to the public.

The workshop is presented by the N.C. Agromedicine Institute and N.C. AgrAbility Partnership.

The workshop will be 2-5 p.m. Friday at the David Murdock Core Lab Building, 150 N. Research Drive in.
