Something nice and good — Santa
Santa Claus? Of course I believe in him! How can I not believe? I can’t explain why there is a flower that only blooms one time on the same day each year. Why it takes more genes to make a tomato than a human. Why magnets always have a north and south pole. Why nine out of 10 people in the world are right-handed.
How can birds, year after year, migrate to and from the exact same place without a compass or GPS? How do cats purr? How can the center of the Earth can be as hot as the sun?
The list goes on and on. Things all around us we just take for granted. I believe there is a part of Santa in all of us — seeing a kid’s face light up on one special kid’s day each year.
I also believe in making another happy by something I can do any day. It is giving from the heart. Santa is special, and worth a kid believing in something nice and good.
Have a very Merry Christmas. Of course I believe, I also believe in you — and I can’t explain you either!

Thanks for help
Merry Christmas and thank you to all those who helped me when my car stalled near Dollar General in Granite Quarry on the morning of Dec. 17.
