The outside lane of the 200 block of West Innes Street will be closed on weekdays this month between the hours of 9 a.m. and 4 p.m.. The lane closure is expected to take place until Dec. 31 in order to accommodate construction at St. John’s Lutheran Church.

A taper will begin in the 100 block of West Innes Street to notify drivers, who will need to merge left if they’re in the outside lane, of the closure.  The lane will be open if crews aren’t doing work.

Also, a temporary road closure will take place Friday in the 100 block of Mahaley Avenue to accommodate tree removal at 140 Mahaley Ave.  Flaggers will be set up for traffic control at 8:30 a.m. and will have the lane cleared and open prior to school release at 2:25 p.m.
