Here Comes Christmas

The holiday season has officially arrived. Shopping has begun in earnest and party plans are being made. Originally we were to have our Christmas party for the combined Evergreen and Women’s Club games on Dec. 19. Since we are now going to Chef Santo’s for dinner on Dec. 19 after the Evergreen game, we need to move our party to Dec. 12. Dinner after our bridge Christmas party with all the goodies you traditionally bring ,would not be feasible. Players, please let me know if you would like to join the group for dinner on the 19^th so we can make accurate reservations.  The Dec. 19 game will also be our Club Championship game.  There will be no games Dec. 26, Dec. 30 and Jan. 2.

We welcomed visitors Gary and Jayne Shive from Concord to our Tuesday, Dec. 2 game.  Winning first place were Fern Albracht and Carol Bachl; second, Marie Pugh and Loyd Hill; third, Maggie Canup and John McLaughlin
