Rowan weather: Nice weekend in store

We just can’t shake these clouds, can we? But it is a relief after a hot summer.
We’re in for more clouds today with a high near 74 and winds from the northeast at 5-11 mph. Blame it on a low pressure hanging around for too long. Tonight should be around 58, and you may wake up to some patchy fog.
Saturday should be sunny and 77 — keep your fingers crossed. And Saturday night should be 58 again.
Sunday should be partly sunny, too, with a high near 78. Then, here comes the rain again, with a 20 percent chance Sunday night and a low around 60.
Rain is likely Monday, mainly in the afternoon, with a 60 percent chance. It should be near 74 degrees. Rain continues Monday night, with a 50 percent chance and a low around 59.
Partly sunny for Tuesday, but with a 30 percent chance of rain. Tuesday night should be calm with a low of 59.
Wednesday and Thursday look promising from this point. Wednesday should be partly sunny and 75, with a nighttime low of 59. Thursday, we can expect mostly sunny skies with a high near 76.
