Man with meat cleaver charged with concealed weapon

A Salisbury man faces charges of carrying a concealed weapon and possession of drug paraphernalia.
According to arrest reports, David Ray Stiller, 29, of the 300 block of W. Miller St. in Salisbury was concealing brass knuckles, a wooden club and a meat cleaver outside of his home on Saturday.
Police also found a spoon with a brown residue on it, a hypodermic needle and plastic baggies used to package a controlled substance.
He was charged with three counts of carrying a concealed weapon and three counts of possessing drug paraphernalia.
He was transported to the Rowan County Detention Center and held on a $2,500 bond.
