Plein Air Carolina/ NC LandTrust exhibit and fundraiser at Rail Walk

During the month of August, the Rail Walk Gallery will host an exhibit of the Plein Air Carolina artists for the LandTrust of Central North Carolina. The title of the exhibition is “Preserving Places” and will show works representing LandTrust sites.
The Plein Air artists are donating 40% of profits from their sales to the LandTrust for Central North Carolina.
There will be two opportunities to meet the artists and purchase paintings. The receptions are scheduled for Saturday, Aug. 9 from 3 to 5 p.m. and Sunday Aug. 10, from 1 to 3 p.m. at Rail Walk Studios and Gallery.
Paintings will be available to view and purchase at Rail Walk from July 31 to Aug. 30.
Plein Air Carolina Artists include Carolyn Blackman, Joyce Cavanagh-Wood, Barbara Duffy, Sharon Forthofer, Dolly Manion, Cathy Matthews, Joyce Metters, Don Moore, Norma Owen and Phyllis Steimel.
