One person was treated for smoke inhalation and numerous fire crews were called to the Tuscarora Yarn plant Friday night after a report of smoke in the facility.
Firefighters arriving on the scene at 10:15 p.m. reported heavy smoke showing at the 308 E. Thom St. textile plant.
EMS was called to the scene just before 11 p.m. and transported one patient suffering from smoke inhalation, but it was unclear if it was a firefighter or employee.
