NEW LONDON —- Fiberon Decking has announced the 2014 edition of the annual Enjoy Your Deck Day, an outdoor living space celebration.
The festivities will include a $20,000 deck improvement giveaway in addition to a charity drive where Fiberon will match up to $10,000 in donated funds to a long list of non-profits.
With the launch of a blog series that inspires ideas for deck decorations, parties and events, family time, and gardening, Fiberon hopes people will spend time living the good life on their deck.
Fiberon CEO Doug Mancosh said charities benefitting from National Enjoy Your Deck Day include UNICEF, the Boot Campaign, the American Humane Society, Music for Relief, Haiti h2o, Curer JM, the American Cancer Society, the David Sheldrick Wildlife Trust, Artists for Peace and Justice, the Alzheimer’s Association, the Boys and Girls Club of America, the Make-A-Wish Foundation, Habitat for Humanity, Autism Speaks, the Ronald McDonald House, March of Dimes, the Pat Tillman Foundation, and Research Down Syndrome.
When contributions are made to these organizations, Fiberon will match up to $10,000.
