Nazareth FunFest

A pirate, Batman and a 1932 Chevy in the same place? Only at the annual Nazareth Children’s Home FunFest.

Children and adults attending the 108th edition of FunFest on Saturday had great weather and a lot to enjoy as the event again lived up to its name.

Among other things, they watched dancers and listened to singers, ate good food, inspected antique automobiles, perused crafts and other goods for sale and, if they were daring, got their faces painted — resulting in Batman, the pirate and other characters.

Lucky raffle winners even took home a Honda Civic, a 55-inch TV and a Sony Playstation 4, among other prizes.

Money raised at the FunFest goes to support Nazareth Children’s Home, which opened in 1906.
