Daughter of Shannon Moore and David Moore.
Clubs and sports: Varsity soccer, Junior Civitan, National Honors Society, Orange and Blue Crew, Relay for Life.
Other extracurricular activities or honors: Governor’s School Attendee for Mathematics, Morehead-Cain Semifinalist, All-Conference Soccer Player.
Advice to freshmen: “Know what you’re worth. Never let anyone tell you that you’re aren’t good enough for something or don’t deserve something. The world sees you how you want them to see you, so give them something to look at.”
My favorite high school memory: Sitting on the field with my three favorite soccer players after our last game together.
My proudest high school moment: Being named valedictorian.
If I had $10 million: I would fund and build additional animal shelters, find suitable homes for the animals and adopt as many as humanly possible.

Clubs and sports: Elite dancer at Center Stage Dance Company, Orange and Blue Crew, Relay for Life, student council, leadership team.
Other extracurricular activities or honors: Being named a junior marshal, being accepted to all of the colleges I applied to and yoga!
Advice to freshman: “Fight for all of your friendships, even if it doesn’t seem worth it at the time.”
Favorite high school memory: Finally beating West Rowan in football my senior year on our home field. I will never forget our entire student section storming the field afterwords.
Proudest high school moment: Being accepted to the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill early admission.
If I had $10 million: I would repay my parents for the 15 years I danced, the hundreds of costumes they purchased, and the hours they drove to watch me do what I love.

Other extracurricular activities or honors: Drum Major of the marching band, student body vice president, and junior marshal.
Advice to freshmen: Don’t stand in the middle of the hallways and don’t take classes that you don’t need.
Favorite high school memory: Making friends that will last a lifetime.
Proudest high school moment: Being the marching band chosen to represent the state of North Carolina in the 2014 Memorial Day Parade in Washington D.C.
If I had $10 million: I would retire and buy an amazing house at Myrtle Beach. I would also give some to friends, family and charity.”

Advice: Smile in the hallways – odds are someone will smile back!
Favorite high school memory: Seeing my name on the cast list for the fall play “Voice of the Prairie” freshman year.
Proudest high school moment: Winning third place in the statewide playwriting competition for ‘Hairapy Sessions’.
If I had $10 million: I would pay off my education, travel the world and buy lifetime season tickets for the Boston Red Sox.
