SALISBURY — It’s budget time for Salisbury City Council.
Council members are scheduled to receive the proposed 2014-2015 budget at 10 a.m. Friday at City Hall, 217 S. Main St.
The special meeting is open to the public. The new fiscal year starts July 1.
