Salisbury city office buildings, including the Salisbury Customer Service Center and all four recreation centers, will be closed Monday for Memorial Day.
There will be no Salisbury Transit service, and the city’s Street Division will not offer limb or leaf collection.

Salisbury Rowan Utilities’ administrative offices will be closed Monday. If you have a water/sewer emergency after hours or during the holiday, call 704-638-5339.
• Spencer Town Hall will be closed Monday. Garbage pickup will run one day behind the regular schedule.
• Faith Town Hall will be closed Monday. Garbage pickup will not be affected.
• Cleveland Town Hall will be closed Monday. Garbage pickup will not be affected.
• China Grove Town Hall will be closed Monday.
• Granite Quarry Town Hall will be closed Monday.
• Rowan County recycling and processing centers will be closed Monday.
• Rowan County environmental management office will be closed Monday.
• The Rowan County landfill will be closed Monday.
• East Spencer Town Hall will be closed Monday. Garbage pickup will not be affected.
• Kannapolis offices will be closed on Monday. There will be no disruption in garbage and recycling collection service.
• Landis town offices will be closed. Garbage collection scheduled for Monday will occur Tuesday.
• Rockwell town offices will be closed. Garbage collection will not be affected.
