The annual Simple Living Festival at Dan Nicholas Park is a day full of great local music, old timey crafts and special nature and environmental programs highlighting simple living themes.
This year’s event focuses on solar power and features local homeowners telling how they have made the jump to make their homes energy independent.
There will also be live entertainment by Déjŕ Vu, Jim and Angela Lambert, Dalton and Liam as well as Mary and Graham from The MGMS.
The event is Saturday from 10 a.m. until 5 p.m. at Dan Nicholas Park, 6800 Bringle Ferry Road.
