Rowan weather: Getting steamy out there

Looks like spring is over and summer is here, complete with high temperatures and a chance of showers and storms into the weekend.
Today’s high of 86 is just the beginning of several warm days. It will be mostly sunny with light winds. The low will be around 56.
Wednesday will be mostly sunny with a high near 81 and a low around 60.
Thursday will be sunny with a high near 90 degrees — if that’s a hint of what summer will bring, it’s going to be a tough one. Winds from the southwest could gust as high as 18 mph. Expect a low around 61.
Friday, the heat continues under mostly sunny skies, with a high near 87. The low will be around 62.
Then Saturday, Sunday and Monday will all have a 30 percent chance of precipitation each day. Saturday’s high, under mostly cloudy skies, will be near 81, with a low around 61.
Sunday will be partly sunny and 81, with a low of 60.
Monday will be mostly cloudy with a high near 81.
Do you sense a pattern here? Remember to wear sunscreen if you are outdoors this weekend, even if it is cloudy.
