SALISBURY — The Rowan County Municipal Association will hold a forum for candidates of the Rowan County Board of Commissioners Wednesday night.

The forum will start at 6:30 p.m. in the J. Newton Cohen Sr. Room of the Rowan County Administration Building, 130 W. Innes St.

Each candidate will be asked four questions that are related to issues facing the municipalities of Rowan County.

Rockwell Mayor Beau Taylor serves as chairman of the Rowan County Municipal Association.

The Democrat and Republican primaries will be held May 6. Early voting continues through 1 p.m. Saturday.
