Mr. and Mrs. Monty Shores of Salisbury announce the engagement of their son, Kyle Thomas Shores, to Leah Crystine Schuler, daughter of Mrs. Carmen Rothrock and Mr. Derek Schuler of Hendersonville.
Leah is the granddaughter of Mr. and Mrs. Duncan Neville of Hendersonville and Mrs. Martha Morales of Miami, Fla. A 2009 graduate of West Henderson High School, she also studied at the University of North Carolina at Charlotte. Leah is employed by Wells Fargo in Charlotte.
Kyle is the grandson of Mr. and Mrs. Tommy Seamon and Mrs. Gloria Shores Beaver and the late Tommy Shores, all of China Grove. A 2008 graduate of Jesse Carson High School, he also studied at UNCC. Kyle is employed by Enviro-Equipment in Charlotte.
The couple will be married May 25 at Biltmore United Methodist Church in Asheville.
