James D. Streater Sr. and Peggy Davis Streater of Salisbury celebrated their 46th wedding anniversary Feb. 25, 2014, with a dinner with their family at Red Lobster.
They were united in marriage Feb. 25, 1968, at Locke Street Church of God, now known as Solid Rock Church of God in Salisbury.
The Streaters are the parents of three great sons, James Jr. (wife Zenith), Curtis (wife Deanna) of Salisbury and William (wife Rita) of Atlanta, Ga.
The have eight grandchildren, Vivian, Dai’shaun, Kadija, Shante, Olivia, Brittney, Jeremiah and Gabrielle Jolene.
