East Spencer needs help finding person of interest

The East Spencer Police Department is seeking the public’s help in identifying a person of interest involved in the fraudulent use of a debit card and obtaining money/property by false pretenses.
The subject is a black male with dark complexion. The subject was last seen wearing a black do-rag, denim jeans, dark hooded jacket and light tan work boots.
The subject was the passenger of a black, four-door compact car, possibly an early 2000s model Nissan Altima or Honda Civic.
