Gibbons, an N.C. State commit and current junior at West, hit for the cycle in last week’s 9-1 victory against East Rowan. In an earlier game against Northwest Cabarrus, Gibbons hit a pair of home runs in a 10-3 win.

Gibbons was an all-county player last year.
