Carriers who deliver the Salisbury Post are doing their best to complete their routes today, but many will be late or may have to wait until tomorrow.
Authorities have advised people to stay off the roads unless absolutely necessary. Carriers are trying to navigate roads covered with snow and ice.
In addition, they’re rolling down their windows to throw papers into subscribers’ yards, causing visibility problems as their windshields fog up.
The Post has opened access to salisburypost.com so that those who are not registered as users or subscribers can view as many stories online as they like. But many of the people who have called the Post today to ask about their papers do not have access to the Internet or a computer.
Papers that are not delivered due to the inclement weather will be delivered with the next day’s paper.
