The annual Trinity Oaks Quilt Show starts at Sunday and runs through Tuesday.
With a theme of “My Favorite Things,” this year’s show will feature more than 85 quilts. In its 30th year, the show has displayed more than 3,000 quilts, organizer Brenda Zimmerman said.
The event this year will be held in the special events room at the Trinity Oaks retirement community, down the hill from its usual location at Trinity Oaks health and rehab.
This year’s exhibit will feature a quilt-wrapped car, various Civil War-era quilts, and contemporary art quilts. Two quilts will be raffled off, and some of the quilts will be donated to the women’s shelter.
Sunday’s hours are 2 p.m.-5 p.m. On Monday and Tuesday, hours are 10 a.m.-4 p.m. Admission is free.
