Jordan Smith

Jordan Taylor Smith, 15, of Boy Scout Troop 443, is receiving his Eagle Scout Award today, Feb. 9, 2014, at St. John’s Lutheran Church. The award is being presented by Scoutmaster Henry Trexler.
Jordan has earned 28 merit badges and is a member of Order of the Arrow. He is currently Assistant Patrol Leader.
Jordan’s Eagle Scout project was created at St. John’s Lutheran Church Child Development Center. He and fellow scouts and leaders built two 12-foot wooden platforms for the children’s outside art and activities area.
Jordan is the son of James and Ashlee Dangerfield of Salisbury and is a 10-grader at East Rowan High School.
