On Monday, Feb. 3, NCDOT & Crowder Construction will close West Innes Street (SR 2200), in Salisbury, in order to begin construction of the new bridge over Grant’s Creek just north of Catawba College.
This construction is scheduled to last until Aug. 31. During this time the road will be closed to through traffic. Local traffic wishing to access residences and businesses on West Innes Street may still do so from either side of the bridge, but will not be able to pass beyond the closure points.
