Nussman ~ Snead

WILMINGTON — Sara Lauren Nussman and Jacob Emerson Snead were united in marriage Saturday, the twenty-fourth of August, 2013 at 6 o’clock in the evening at City Club at de Rosset. Gary Granata, the groom’s uncle, officiated. The ceremony was followed by a reception.
The bride’s Maid of Honor was Lindsey Lee Haynes of Charlotte. Her bridesmaids were Jessica Duke Houghton of Raleigh, Jacqueline Dawn Smith of Wilmington, Brittany Vanderslice Soques of Durham and Nancy Nickole Blakeley of Salisbury.
The groom’s Best Man was Sean Marlin McKinney of Raleigh. Groomsmen included Christopher Michael Nussman of Kalispell, Mont., Andrew Raymond Deiso of New York, N.Y., and Hogan Gordon Hagy of Wilmington.
Sara is the daughter of Tony and Jennifer Nussman and granddaughter of the late Ed and Barbara Hunt and Don and Sara Nussman, all of Salisbury. She graduated from the University of North Carolina at Wilmington with a BA in Psychology. Sara is working for REEDS Jewelers Corporate Office in Wilmington and will attend Wake Forest University in the spring for her Master of Arts in Counseling.
Jacob is the son of Donna Snead and Scott Snead of Vero Beach, Fla. He is the grandson of Natalie Granata of Silver Creek, N.Y., the late Anthony Granata of Dunkirk, N.Y., Virginia Snead of West Palm Beach, Fla., and the late Linwood Snead of Vero Beach, Fla. Jacob graduated with a BS in Information Systems and is working for GE in Wilmington.
