The 54th annual Holiday Caravan Parade begins at 2 p.m. today in Spencer and at 3 p.m. in Salisbury. The parade is scheduled to have 146 entries. If you can’t make it in person, the parade will air live at 3 p.m. on Fibrant channel 17.
