SALISBURY — Cartucci’s owner Ted Aurora said he hopes to reopen the Italian restaurant in downtown Salisbury in three weeks.
The eatery on East Fisher Street has been closed since July 9 when a fire broke out in an air conditioning unit behind the restaurant. Since then, Aurora said he has been dealing with insurance and construction delays while trying to reopen.
