SALISBURY — Salisbury’s newest restaurant will open next week in a century-old Victorian cottage on South Lee Street.
After several private tastings, Emma’s of Salisbury at 209 S. Lee St. will seat its first paying customers when the restaurant opens to the public at 7 a.m. Tuesday.
Owned and operated by Allen Terry, Emma’s will serve breakfast and lunch seven days a week, as well as dinner on Thursdays, Fridays and Saturdays. Emma’s was originally located in Concord.
