Class offered Monday for caregivers

A free class, Self Care for the Caregiver, will be presented from 5-6 p.m. Monday, July 8, at Trinity Oaks, 728 Klumac Road. The session is part of Support U, a series of classes designed to prepare and support caregivers. The class is sponsored by Lutheran Services Carolinas and the Family Caregiver Support Program in conjunction with the Rowan County Support Group Western Chapter of the Alzheimer’s Association.
