SALISBURY — Rowan Concerned Citizens will host a panel discussion at 6:30 p.m. Thursday about changes to state law that will affect residents of Rowan County and North Carolina.
Anyone with concerns regardless of party affiliation is encouraged to come and participate in an open discussion about new laws and proposed bills, including voter ID, government health programs and cutbacks in early education funding.
The event will be held at EastSquare Artworks Gallery, 120 E. Innes St. in Salisbury, located at the rear of parking lot behind Dee’s Jewelry.
