Rowan Early College graduates 61 seniors

The Rowan County Early College High School had its graduation on May 17 at 6 p.m. at Carson High School auditorium. Student speakers included Dylan Bruney, valedictorian, and Whitney Hardison, salutatorian. Dr. Judy Grissom, superintendent of Rowan-Salisbury Schools provided the welcome. Dr. Cindy Misenheimer, principal, spoke on “Our Second Graduating Class.”
Junior Marshals for the graduation were David Pryor, Francisco Cuadra, Kristy Williams, Hunter McIntyre, Ashton Bare, Amber Allman, Emily Wallace and Nancy Ha.
Total number of graduating seniors will be 61.
