SALISBURY — All Rowan County registered Republicans (as of Jan. 31) are invited to attend the Rowan Republican Precinct Meetings and Rowan Republican Convention on Saturday, March 2, in the County Administration Building, 130 W. Innes St.
Registration will begin at 9 a.m., followed by the precinct meetings, and ending with the County Convention.
U.S. Reps. Virginia Foxx (5th District) and Richard Hudson (8th District) will be the convention speakers.
Precinct officers and County Executive Committee officers will be elected for two-year terms in the precinct meetings and county convention. The convention will also include a vote on proposed changes to the Rowan County Republican Party bylaws.
