The Rowan County Personnel Board will meet at 2 p.m. Wednesday to consider requests from three department heads.
The meeting will take place in Room 211 on the second floor of the J. Newton Cohen Sr. Rowan County Administration Building, located at 130 W. Innes St. in Salisbury.
The personnel board plans to discuss the following items and any other matters that may come before the board:
• Finance director’s request to unfreeze the internal auditor position.
• Sheriff’s request for a salary increase for the food services supervisor at the Rowan County Detention Center.
• Library director’s request for a reorganization and reclassification.
