Evelyeen and Wilson Smith brightened the lives of many
Regarding the death of Evelyeen Smith:

Thank you to Evelyeen and Wilson Smith.
I had the wonderful privilege of meeting the Smiths in their latter years, and I will never forget the hospitality I received in their home. They were gracious hosts and always made me feel special and important in their presence.
They have left a permanent footprint in Rowan County and other parts of the world. Tens of thousands will continue to benefit from their generosity, especially in the medical field.
We are all familiar with their great contributions, and many of us have been the recipients directly or indirectly. They also supported many other projects without any public recognition.
They are complete again together with the Lord. I have no doubt that our Lord has said to them, “Well done, thy good and faithful servants.”
May I have a touch of their generosity and love for mankind.
