Update: 15-year-old found near Greensboro

Update: Police said Briana Russell was found in the Greensboro area about 1:30 p.m. Russell is being evaluated at an area hospital and Granite Quarry investigators are en route to Greensboro. GRANITE QUARRY — Police are searching for a 15-year-old who went missing Sunday afternoon.
Briana Nicole Russell was last seen leaving Granite Quarry in an orange 2006 Honda Element, authorities said.
She was wearing a pink North Face jacket, a blue and black flannel shirt and sweat pants. Investigators said she may have been heading to the Greensboro area.
Briana Russell is 5-foot-2 with blond hair and blue eyes. She weighs about 130 pounds.
Police said Russell is diabetic and may be in need of insulin.
Russell left in the Honda about 12:15 p.m. Sunday. The license plate is AJT-5799.
