RRMC Auxiliary awards scholarships
The 2012 Rowan Regional Medical Center Woman’s Auxiliary Scholarships have been awarded to three nursing students at Rowan-Cabarrus Community College.
They are: Meredith Yost, a second-year student, who will receive $2,500; Amanda N. Erickson, a second-year student, who will receive $2,500; and Katherine B. Beam, a first-year student who started the associate degree in August of this year and will receive $5,000.
As scholarship students, they are encouraged to seek employment at RRMC after receiving their degree.
The nominating committee for the 2012 scholarships included Nancy C. Fuller, chairman; Toni Kenerly; and Mimi Carlton.
