ROCKWELL – Anchor House restaurant on N.C. 152 will serve a free meal to those in need on Thanksgiving Day from 11 a.m. to 1:30 p.m.
Owner Agne Kakavitsas said her family has received many calls from people asking if the restaurant would serve the meal again, after doing it for the past two years. Sharing with the community in this way makes her feel good, she said. “It’s blessed.”
