?MOUNT ULLA – Rowan Helping Ministries – West is having its 5th annual fundraiser next weekend.
The event, which is free to the public, is from 10 a.m.-4 p.m. on Saturday, Oct. 6 and from noon-4 p.m. on Sunday, Oct. 7.
The fundraiser is being held at Patterson Farm, 10390 Caldwell Road.
There will be a bake sale, hamburgers and hot dogs, drinks and other vendors. Organizers of the event will also have a silent auction. Some of the items included in the auction are a choice of one of two purebred puppies, a family membership to the YMCA, a golf package and gift baskets.
Organizers say canned food donations are welcomed during the event.
Rowan Helping Ministries – West was a partnership between members of the West Rowan community and Rowan Helping Ministries. The facility is located at 780 Grampian Road.
