The Lutheran Home at Trinity Oaks, which is selling more than 300 old issues of Life magazine, will have a 9 a.m. pick-up time Thursday for people who already have paid and reserved certain issues.
They also will get first crack at looking through the magazines that are left and purchasing those. The Lutheran Home is located at 820 Klumac Road.
At 10 a.m., the general public may come in to look at the remaining inventory which will be available for $5 a copy. Only cash or checks (with ID) will be accepted.
The Lutheran Home will stay open for purchases of the Life magazines until 7:30 p.m. Thursday.
The editions available, though not a complete set, are from the years 1955-1963, when Life was a weekly, and from 1980-81, when Life was monthly.
Proceeds from sale of the magazines will go toward a needed piece of computer furniture.
