Johnnie and Renae File of Rockwell  announce the engagement of their daughter, Katelin Marie File, to Anthony Neal Clay, son of Dean and Debrah Clay of Concord.
A graduate of Carolina Girls Christiain Academy, Katelin is studying nursing at Cabarrus College of Health Sciences. A graduate of Concord High School, Neal is employed by UPS in Statesville.
The wedding is Oct. 13 at The Saratoga Springs, Mt. Pleasant.
