Carolina Artists EXPO reception is tonight

Carolina Artists EXPO 2012 is on exhibit at the Salisbury Civic Center today from 10 a.m.-8 p.m. and tomorrow from 10 a.m.-5 p.m.
The event is a non-juried competition with cash prizes.
The artists reception is this evening, Aug. 9, at 6 p.m. Prizes and ribbons will be awarded.
Categories are oil or acrylic; watercolor and all other water based media on paper or board; other two dimensional works (pencil, pastel, pen and ink, charcoal, collage, etc.); and photography.
The Salisbury Civic Center is located at 315 Martin Luther King Jr. Ave. S.
