The Horse Protection Society of NC, a 501(c)3 nonprofit, is hosting a charity event, Tuesday, Aug. 7, 7-11 p.m. at the Kilted Buffalo in Huntersville (Birkdale Village).
Those attending can meet members, play a few games, listen to live music and sip a glass of beer or wine. Hourly raffle items include a $100 Visa card, massage gift card, jewelry and more.
All tips will go to helping feed and rehabilitate the rescued horses at the sanctuary in China Grove.
