A fourth candidate has filed for one of three seats up for grabs on the Rowan-Salisbury Board of Education.
Incumbent Bryce Beard will seek a third term on the board. He holds the Salisbury area seat.
Current chairman Dr. Jim Emerson is also unopposed at this time for the east area seat.
Incumbent Linda Freeze will have a challenger in newcomer Lynn Marsh for the southeast area spot on the board.
