Waters ~ Miller

Leonard Howell and Wanda Griffith Waters of Greenville are pleased to announce the engagement of their daughter, Dr. Kaitlyn Marie Waters, to Steven Rufty Miller, son of Tony Randal and Linda Rufty Miller of Kernersville.
Kaitlyn is the granddaughter of Jean McLawhorn Waters of Hobgood, the late Robert Ray and Bitha Braddy Waters of Scotland Neck and the late Henry Thomas and Virginia Burgess Griffith of Franklin, Va. A graduate of North Pitt High School, Katie earned a Doctorate of Pharmacy at Campbell University in May 2011. She is a pharmacist for CVS in Kernersville.
Steven is the grandson of Norman Richard and Sue Hartman Rufty, Robert Wayne and Shirley Jacobs Heffner, the late Clyde Stokes and Nell Josephine Miller, all of Salisbury. A graduate of East Forsyth High School, Steven is a 2013 doctoral candidate at Campbell’s School of Pharmacy. He is currently employed by CVS in Winston-Salem.
The wedding will take place Aug. 25 at Yankee Hall Plantation in the community of Pactolus near Greenville, N.C.
