* Until 430 PM EDT
* At 329 PM EDT… National Weather Service Doppler radar indicated a severe thunderstorm capable of producing quarter size hail… and damaging winds in excess of 60 mph. This storm was located near Enochville… or 10 miles northwest of Concord… and moving east at 10 mph.
* The severe thunderstorm will impact locations near…Kannapolis, Landis,China Grove, Rockwell and Granite Quarry.

Brief damaging winds will blow down trees and power lines over small areas. A brief period of large hail is also possible. Seek shelter inside an interior room.
