Alexander – Roberts

MERRITT ISLAND, Fla. — Melissa Ruth Alexander of Charleston, S.C., and Kim John Roberts of Grenada, West Indies were united in marriage Jan. 27, 2012, at Kelly Park. The Rev. Ann Fuller officiated the 2 p.m. ceremony.
Melissa was attended by her daughters, Jazmine Allen-Aiken as matron of honor and Symone Allen as maid of honor, both of Killeen, Tex.
The bride is the daughter of David and Betty Alexander of Rockwell and the granddaughter of Ruth and the late C.P. Alexander of Salisbury and the late Mary and Percy Smith. A graduate of East Rowan High School and Salisbury Business College, Melissa is employed by Lowcountry Cardiology.
The groom is the son of Lesley Registe and the late Gloria Registe and the grandson of Mavis Registe of Grenada, West Indies. A graduate of St. George’s Anglican Senior School, Kim is employed by Royal Caribbean Cruise Line.
Following a wedding trip to Grenada, West Indies, the couple are making their home in Charleston.
