Man sees increased bond after incident
SALISBURY — A Salisbury man had an additional $10,000 secured bond tacked on to the $1,000 bond he had already received Saturday after emitting a bodily fluid at a detention officer.
Ronald Howard Link, 39, of Kelly Drive, was charged with malicious conduct by a prisoner. He was already being held in the Rowan County Detention Center on a charge of false report to police radio broadcasting station.
The arrest warrant did not say what type of bodily fluid was involved in the incident.
